Tessier Design Corp. renovated the existing 20,000 square foot DuPont research and development office in Kingston, Ontario from top to bottom. From the cafeteria and training rooms to the telephone rooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms, space was constructed with a modern, open concept design in mind. 

Our team engaged with the client, interviewed the leadership team, surveyed the staff, developed the design, sourced the appropriate products and provided move management (people and equipment) services.

New ergonomic furnishings and collaboration areas were incorporated to create flexible workspaces and to promote productivity. Acoustical elements such as felt drapes, ceiling tiles and lightning shades were used to minimize noise transfer. Interior windows were added to allow natural light into the space.
